Precision S-Loop Straightener is used for lower thickness range of 0.30-2.0 & width of 200-400 mm. It is most suitable for big stamping products.
S-Loop Precision Straightener is precision machine for achieving higher degree of flatness.
Each Straightening Rolls have a set of backup rolls for prevention of roll deflection. They normally are used on High-Speed Pressure and have variable drive with loop control.
The control panel with A.C. frequency variable drive would control the feeding at high speed with a proper loop.

Brazil plans to double iron ore export tariff
An official of the Brazilian Ministry of Mines disclosed that the Brazilian government plans to raise the export tariff of iron ore and reduce the import tariff of chemical fertilizer to reduce the dependence of the country's economic development on the export of mineral resources and promote agricultural development. The official said that the export tariff of iron ore would be raised from the current 2% to 4%, and the increase rate would be doubled.
Claudioscliar, Secretary of Geology and mining of the Ministry of Mines of Brazil, said in an interview with Bloomberg: "this tariff adjustment is mainly aimed at the export of mineral products. The export tariff of iron ore will be raised, and the export tariff of potassium ore will be lowered." He said: "at present, Brazil is still a net importer of potash fertilizer, and the reduction of potash fertilizer export tariff is mainly to promote domestic potash fertilizer production."
With the rise of international commodity prices, the Brazilian government has strengthened its control over mining since 2009. Claudioscliar said that the Brazilian Ministry of Mines plans to submit three bills to Congress this month, the main content of which is to further strengthen the government's control and management of mineral resources and mining industry. He disclosed that the Brazilian government may set up a new Department to specifically manage the development and production of domestic mineral resources.
Claudioscliar said that raising the export tariff of iron ore may reduce the competitiveness of Brazilian iron ore in the international market. He said that Brazilian president dilma Rousseff will make a final decision on this issue. Brazil is currently one of the major iron ore producers and exporters. Vale, the country's largest iron ore producer, declined to comment on the news.
