Hydraulic uncoiler Straightener USHL Series features:
1. This series of straightening machine is specially designed for thin materials such as stainless steel, copper, iron and aluminum, which can achieve perfect leveling effect.
2. The uncoiling and leveling machines are integrated, saving space, fast and convenient operation, double frequency conversion speed regulation and more stable operation.
3. All straightening wheels are made of SUJ2 imported material, heat treated with HRC60 °, then plated with hard chromium and ground to ensure the uniformity of hard chromium layer and the cylindricity tolerance of each shaft.
4. The correction and adjustment of the machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device with a dial indicator, which can be found and leveled quickly.
5. In addition to the upper and lower correction rollers, the correction auxiliary wheel can be installed inside the correction machine to prevent the correction roller from bending and deformation due to excessive pressure, strengthen the correction strength and service life of the correction roller, and improve the requirements of plate surface flatness.
6. The upper and lower rollers of the machine adopt universal joints and gears with full transmission to avoid the disadvantages of power loss and scratching the material surface caused by the passive rotation of the rollers on the conventional machine.
7. The correction speed is controlled by the frequency converter and can be adjusted freely in combination with the feeding speed.

The stamping process of automobile parts generally includes four processes: drawing process, trimming process, punching process and flanging process. Each process corresponds to a set of molds. As the name suggests, the punching process is to punch holes on parts. For some complex door inner plate molds, the punching process may need to punch more than 100 holes, which requires high precision and is difficult to process.
