1. This series of straightening machine is specially designed for thin materials such as stainless steel, copper, iron, and aluminum, which can achieve perfect leveling effect.
2. The uncoiling and leveling machines are integrated, saving space, fast and convenient operation, double frequency conversion speed regulation and more stable operation.
3. All straightening wheels are made of SUJ2 imported material, heat treated with HRC60 °, then plated with hard chromium and ground to ensure the uniformity of hard chromium layer and the cylindricity tolerance of each shaft.
4. The correction and adjustment of the machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device with a dial indicator, which can be found and leveled quickly.
5. In addition to the upper and lower correction rollers, the correction auxiliary wheel can be installed inside the correction machine to prevent the correction roller from bending and deformation due to excessive pressure, strengthen the correction strength and service life of the correction roller, and improve the requirements of plate surface flatness.
6. The upper and lower rollers of the machine adopt universal joints and gears with full transmission to avoid the disadvantages of power loss and scratching the material surface caused by the passive rotation of the rollers on the conventional machine.

San Diego, July 28 - Nelson Pizarro, CEO of Codelco, the world's second largest copper producer, said on Tuesday that copper production in the second quarter is expected to decrease by 1% or 2% compared with the same period last year.
"Copper production is expected to be slightly lower than last year," Pizarro said
Codelco produced only 400000 tons of copper in the second quarter of last year.
In the first quarter of this year, Codelco copper production fell 11% year-on-year due to the decline of ore grade.
Recently, Freeport McMoRan Inc replaced Codelco as the world's top copper producer. Codelco is betting $18billion on an investment plan to change its fate.
"I'm becoming more optimistic," Pizarro said He was referring to the copper price rising to a two-year high earlier this week, as demand is expected to be stable, and supply is tight.
