4. The correction and adjustment of the machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device with a dial indicator, which can quickly find the leveling position.

How to lubricate the three in one feeder?
Lubrication is the foundation to ensure the good performance of stamping equipment. It is directly related to the service life of the press feeder. The lubrication method of the three in one feeder is different from that of the traditional roller feeder. Its structure is relatively complex. The material uncoiler, leveler and feeder are integrated into one. Different oil products are used for different parts according to the load, speed, temperature, gear type and gear material, since good lubrication plays a decisive role in the normal operation of the three in one feeder, seven lubrication rules of thumb should be followed in actual use:
1. Selection of oil products for impact load parts of three in one feeder.
2. Gear surface precision is rough.
3. High sliding contact (steel worm gear and original tooth) selection.
