4. The straightening is adjusted by the worm wheel and worm. The worm wheel is driven by the worm wheel rotated by the hand wheel to drive the upper sliding block to rise and fall. There is a scale adjustment amount on the adjusting wheel.
5. The straightening and relaxation adopts the eccentric structure and is realized by the cylinder. During straightening, the cylinder is ventilated, and the upper slider is driven and pressed down by the cylinder piston. During relaxation, the cylinder is relaxed by the lifting slider. When loosening, a high-speed exhaust valve is installed in the exhaust pipeline, so the relaxation speed is faster.
6. The height of the material line is automatically raised and lowered by electric belt worm gear, which matches the height of the product mold, and the adjustment is convenient, labor-saving and reliable.
7. The signal of the pressing wheel motor is given by the analog quantity written in the PLC, and the rotating speed changes with the size of the roll to achieve the matching.
