General knowledge of maintenance of two in one material uncoiler and straightener
Machinery is the same as cars. It needs maintenance. No matter how good the quality of the machinery is, if it is not maintained in time, it will go wrong for a long time. Being familiar with and mastering the maintenance common sense of the two in one material rack and leveler, plus the correct operation and use of the two in one material rack and leveler, should be the prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the machine and prolonging its service life.
Daily maintenance of two in one material rack and leveler:
1. For long-term use, the main shaft bearing grease shall be added once a month, and the reducer oil shall be replaced once a half year, and the oil shall be added to 1/3.
2. After using the two in one material uncoiler and straightener for a period of time, a comprehensive inspection shall be conducted to check the tightness of all screw accessories.
3. If the steering full degree of the instrument and pointer is found, check whether the contact of the thermocouple contour is good.
4. The wiring points in the electric control cabinet shall not be loose to prevent the electrical appliances from burning out and affecting the normal use, and no oil or water shall enter.
5. For long-term use, pay attention to check whether the bearing seat and screws are loose.
6. When not in use for a long time, add grease to the main shaft and check the electric control box.
Precautions for two in one material rack and leveler:
1. When connecting the power supply, first check whether the power supply voltage is beam matching, whether there is phase loss, poor contact, etc., so as to avoid damaging the electrical motor.
2. Reliable grounding shall be provided to avoid personal injury in case of electrical damage.
3. After loading, remove the yaotuo immediately to avoid personal injury during startup.
4. When loading, cut off the power supply. After power on, no one is allowed to stand around the support plate to avoid accidents!
