1. The loosening part of the straightening roller of the three in one sheet feeder of the press is completed by the air cylinder. It is suitable for the stamping, leveling, and feeding of sheet coils with material thickness of 0.3mm - 3.2mm and width of 50mm - 1500mm. The upper leveling is equipped with arc adjusting wheel to adjust the ideal arc

 

2. The main shaft of the coil rack adopts the oil pressure expansion system, the coil roll drum adopts the wedge-shaped slider or the top coil block connecting rod structure, and the width of the coil roll is adjusted by the screw of the material retaining roll. When discharging, the large cylinder lifts the outer material retaining roll to avoid the coil, which is convenient for coil loading and unloading. It has high reliability, low labor intensity and perfect safety. It is equipped with a pressing arm so that the material will not be loose. 4. The straightening is adjusted by the worm wheel and worm. The worm wheel is driven by the worm wheel rotated by the hand wheel to drive the upper sliding block to rise and fall. There is a scale adjustment amount on the adjusting wheel.

 

5. The straightening and relaxation adopts the eccentric structure and is realized by the cylinder. During straightening, the cylinder is ventilated, and the upper slider is driven and pressed down by the cylinder piston. During relaxation, the cylinder is relaxed by the lifting slider. When loosening, a high-speed exhaust valve is installed in the exhaust pipeline, so the relaxation speed is faster.
