3. The leveling roller is made of chrome steel 40Cr, which is subject to quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching and hard chromium plating. The surface hardness is hrc58 ~ 610, and the thickness of chromium plating is 0.05mm on one side.
4. The tooth surface of the transmission gear is subject to high-frequency grinding.
