In addition to the upper and lower correction rollers, the correction auxiliary wheel can be installed inside the correction machine to prevent the correction roller from bending and deformation due to excessive pressure, strengthen the correction strength and service life of the correction roller, and improve the flatness requirements of the plate surface.
5. The upper and lower rollers of the machine adopt universal joints and gears with full transmission to avoid the disadvantages of power loss and scratching the material surface caused by the passive rotation of the rollers on the conventional machine.
6. The correction speed is controlled by the frequency converter and can be adjusted freely in combination with the feeding speed.
