2. The roller adjustment adopts the dial gauge adjustment method, which does not need additional correction. The debugging is simpler and more accurate, and the service life is longer.
3. The leveling roller is made of bearing steel. After heat treatment and quenching HRC 60 °, it is plated with hard chromium and then grinded. It has high hardness, wear resistance and long service life.
4. The bearings on both sides of the roller are oil-free.
5. Variable frequency speed control, leveling speed and feeding speed match.
